At RSP, we approach commercial development as a long-term responsibility, shaping environments where businesses operate and people spend a meaningful part of their working lives. For over three decades, RSP has contributed to the growth of Gurugram’s landscape. In Sector 18, Sector 44, and Sector 75, where our campuses stand today, we were among the earliest developers to establish a presence, guided by a clear understanding of how the city would expand and where future business districts would emerge. As envisaged, these locations have since evolved into established professional hubs.

Over time, by working closely with occupiers, designing, and delivering workplaces that respond to specific operational requirements; while remaining adaptable as organisations grow and evolve, we have developed a deep expertise in Built-to-Suit (BTS) development.

Equally central to our approach is the overall experience of the professional environment, which can be demanding, and the setting around which is crucial to how occupants feel and perform throughout the day. Our campuses are planned around biophilic environments, mature landscapes, and walkable site-plans that encourage a connect with nature. The RSP Ecosystem

RSP designs, builds, leases and runs its own campuses. Two group companies carry that work from the drawing board to day-to-day operations, so the same organisation is accountable for a building from planning to the twentieth year of occupation.

Architecture & Project Delivery

RSP's in-house architecture and project management practice. Every RSP campus is designed, detailed and delivered by Plinth One.
